In Evolution, I cannot print using paper size A4, even after I set the
paper size in File>"Page Setup" to A4. When I print (or print preview)
an email paper size sets back to "US letter".
I'm using Ubuntu 8.04.1, Gnome 2.22.2. I've set up "Page Size"=A4 in
System>Administration>Printing>"Printer Configuration">"Printer
Options". I also changed /etc/papersize from letter to A4. In other
applications this does not seam to be a problem.
This problem is similar to bug nr 183126, imo however not quite the same
as my problem seams to only occure in Evolution.
