Binary package hint: gnome-control-center
The new RandR 1.2 based Display Capplet puts an icon into notification
area, with only one option - "Configure display settings". It cannot be
hidden or removed, and serves no real purpose for most users -- so
basically pollutes the systray like Windows display drivers do. Users
can always access this capplet from System > Preferences menu.
