I still think Cancel should be the default action each time... Since there is 
no confirmation alert (do you really want to shutdown ?), we don't want to be 
accidentally activating an option that has a strong effect on the system.

Besides, remembering the last option made sense with the radio buttons, when 
you needed to make two clicks (one on the radio button, one on "OK") to perform 
the action. Right now, only one click is necessary. it is pretty easy to choose 
the option you want without needing to switch to the keyboard and press Enter.
