You have been subscribed to a public bug:
Using the Applications > Accessories > Take Screenshot shortcut on a
dual-screen setup, only one of the screens ("Secondary Monitor" in
xorg.conf, below) is captured in the resulting image. The screenshot is
the correct size, but one side is blank (100% alpha).
