although it is possible to change the keyboard layout using the applet
but it is not possible using Alt+Alt. I've been using Alt+Alt in 7.04
but I can't now. in addition when I configure the system to turn the
scroll luck on in case that I change the keyboard layout, again it
doesnt work.
