Public bug reported:
When I click System > Shut Down > Shut Down, absolutely nothing happens
and I am back to the desktop as if I had not clicked anything.
I am currently shutting down through the terminal.
I am using a fully up-to-date Intrepid.
Please let me know if I can provide you with anything to make this
easier.
