I have a Dell Inspiron 6400, I'm on Ubuntu Hardy 2.6.24-19-generic.
In my laptop, there is a button called "MediaDirect" which launched a Dell
software when I was on Windows XP, but, this button has become useless on
Ubuntu, so, I've decided to attribute a shortcut to this button (there is
written 0xed on the shortcut column). The shortcut of launching a terminal. It
worked the first time, but when I've rebooted my computer, it did not work
anymore.
When I change the shortcut (ctrl+shift+t for example) it works, but when I
choose 0xed back, it does not work.
