On the Gnome desktop, when trying to adjust the date and time, it's not
possible to roll forward past 11:29:29. Rolling backwards through
midnight goes from 0:0:0 straight to 11:29:29.
Going through System, Administration, Time and Date, exactly the same
issue only the time is 13:49:49. Again rolling back through midnight
jumps from 0:0:0 straight to 13:49:49
Changing between 12 and 24hr clock makes no difference.
