System > Preferences > Keyboard > Layouts
Click in the "+" button, "Czech Republic". There will be 4 options in
the "Variants" box. The last two reads "Czechia qwerty, extended
Backslash", but selecting them you can see that the last one is actually
a "qwertz" layout, not qwerty.
