DVD−R and DVD+R have slightly different capacities (4.71 GB vs 4.70 GB, respectively), and you have to take into account the difference between standard GB (1,000,000,000 bytes), and Nautilus "GB" (1,073,741,824 bytes = 1 GiB). Nautilus CD burner should actually be reporting in GiB, though, so a DVD+R can only fit something less than 4.38 GiB. 4.40 GiB won't fit. Is this your problem?
