Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: gnome-panel

This occurs on Ubuntu Hardy Heron 8.04
The package is clock-2.22.2

I expected the timezone to change to that of the newly selected location
and for the time displayed to adjust accordingly when clicking the 'Set'
button beside a different location.

To reproduce the error:
1. Configure multiple locations in the clock applet with different timezones.
2. Click on the clock applet.
3. Move the pointer to a location with a timezone that is different from your
currently set timezone.
4. Click on the set button that appears.

The error message appears as follows:

Failed to set the system timezone
Message did not receive a reply (timeout by message bus)

** Affects: gnome-panel (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
