Binary package hint: evolution
The evolution 2.22 User Guide, section 6.2.2.2 states:
"Create the account following the procedure in Starting Evolution for the First
Time. Remember to select Microsoft Ex-
change as server type in the Receiving Mail section."
"Microsoft Ex-change" is not presented as a server type in the dialogue.
Either the manual is incorrect, or the package is. I'm using
(2.22.3.1-0ubuntu1)
