The error you receive from Evolution if you mistype your passphrase 3
times is awkward. (See below.) It's clear it's putting an error message
from the backend into that string. If the backend returns reasonable
errors, I'd suggest using just that instead. If it doesn't, I'd do
something like: "GPG reported the following error: %s"

The ", you may need to select different mail options." is especially
awkward. If that needs to remain (which I doubt), it should be a
separate sentence.
