How to reproduce
-Go to places->search for files
-select show hidden and backup file
-create .xxx folder in home directory
-search for xxx and delete .xxx folder
-the file wili be moved to .trash folder
reproduced on 8.04.1 with all updates applied Thursday, September 25 2008
