Binary package hint: nautilus
To reproduce:
1. Move a file to the Trash Can;
2. Open the Trash Can;
3. Restore the file using the "Edit->Restore" menu item;
Result:
The restored file has a "Lock" emblem.
The file permissions are not changed; the emblem disappears after a refresh
(Ctrl+R).
