Running the command alone results in the same error (there's nothing written on DVD disk).
The drive itself behaves strange - for a minute or two head goes back and forward inside the DVD. Blank DVD disk itself is recognized correctly and it does work on Windows; sometimes it takes some time, probably due to fact that Linux leaves the drive in undefined state which after soft reset, renders the drive unusable (partly). -- Can't burn DVD disks https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/275859 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Desktop Bugs, which is a bug assignee. -- desktop-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/desktop-bugs
