Ubuntu comes by default with file-roller and a lot of various formats but none
of them allow to split large files whereas this is a file-roller option.
I suggest to add p7zip to ubuntu default installation to provide the
functionality of splitting large files (very useful to back up files > 4 GB on
an extern FAT32 hard drive for instance)
