Hello Sebastien. The issue is similar to http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=213072, and have a solution removing these files:
rm ~/.evolution/mail/local/Inbox.ev-summary rm ~/.evolution/mail/local/Inbox.ev-summary-meta Now Inbox window match with preview window.
