Sorry, cannot confirm on this end. My f-spot was broken under hardy but an upgrade to intrepid solved the issue for me. gnupg-agent is currently not installed (I cannot say if it was removed during the upgrade process). Installing (and starting) it does not change the fact that f-spot opens and closes without any hickups.
