I can confirm this Bug on my ThinkPad T61, Ubuntu Hardy x86. 1. The power history seems to be wrong and shows a usage of about 9W (I wish it was so). But powertop shows about 18W.
2. The remaining time is about 2.5 times bigger than the one shown by the power manager.
