Binary package hint: yelp
after upgrading to Ubuntu 8.10 from 8.04, on booting there is a windows
saying "ubuntu is running in low-graphics mode". After correcting the
resolution and refresh rate from "Screen and Graphics", the same problem
happens on the next start.
