Public bug reported:
Affects: nautilus (Ubuntu)
Severity: Normal
Priority: (none set)
Status: Unconfirmed
Description:
Binary package hint: nautilus
I have my web server mounted as an FTP connection on my desktop. I can
create a new folder just fine, but attempting to name it (instead of
leaving it as "untitled folder" or similar) causes an error message
"Could not rename untitled folder on {ftp server}". When I access the
same server through an SFTP/SSH mount, I can rename just fine. This is
a regression - I believe it worked fine in Breezy, but doesn't work in
Dapper.
