should be fixed in debhelper 5.0.7ubuntu13.
all affected packages need a rebuild then so please put any affected ones that
are missing to this bugreport
"grep \#ICONDIR\# /var/lib/dpkg/info/*.postrm" should list all you have
installed.
I'll care at least for banshee, hicolor-icon-theme and tangerine-icon-theme
