Hello! I can set the system sounds to custom sounds, and listen to the preview
by clicking in the "play" button next to the sound selection in
System-->Preferences--> Sounds. However, the only sound that plays is the login
sound, nothing else, not even the log out sound, plays. Sound is not affected
in any other application that I've noticed.
I'm using Ubuntu Intrepid 8.10 beta (32-bit), and a Dell Inspiron 1525.
