I'm using the same pango packages as Bremm. After adding a debug print statement to Pango, it seems I get the warning when it loads FreeSans Medium. This is set as my "Application" font in gnome-appearences-properties, which I guess explains why I see the warning whenever I run a GTK app.
Is anyone else seeing this using FreeSans Medium?
