X11/Graphics setup: Two displays connected to separate DVI outputs and
configured as independent X screens.
This problem did not exist in Ubuntu 8.04.
In a dual monitor setup gnome-panel hangs when a launcher icon or drawer
is accessed via the panel on secondary screen. The problem does not
occur if a launcher or drawer is accessed via the panel on the main
screen.
The only solution at the moment is to send a SIGHUP to the gnome-panel
process, forcing it to reload, and stay away from launchers on the
secondary monitor' panel.
