Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: yelp

after downloading ver 8.04 my system locks up . During upgrade my
computer timed out twice before downloading the complete upgrade.
Changing the system shut down time to "never" solve this, but system now
locks up frequently, but not every time I am on the internet. I don't
understan the mesages in system log to identify what the appropriate
error message is.
