If the icon specified in a .desktop file changes nautilus doesn't update
it correctly. Even if I delete the icon and create a different one with
the same name nautilus will show the old icon. The one that was deleted.
That didn't happend in Gutsy and it breaks avatar-factory music widget.
Also I don't know if it is a bug or a change in the behavior but when no
name are specified for a .desktop file the file name is displayed
instead of showing no name like in previous versions.
That also affects avatar-factory.
