Public bug reported: Binary package hint: gconf-editor
In gconf-editor, /apps/metacity/window_keybindings/activate_window_menu active_window_menu shows value "<Alt> space". This value actually (also?) controls the "<Alt> right mouse click" keybinding. I was trying to unbind the "<Alt> right click" menu, but I couldn't find it. After some research online i found this thread that answered my question: https://answers.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gnome-panel/+question/2520 gconf-editor should be changed to display the correct (or both?) values for activate_window_menu gconf-editor 2.22.0 GNOME version 2.22.3 Ubuntu 8.04 ProblemType: Bug Architecture: i386 Date: Tue Oct 28 17:26:23 2008 DistroRelease: Ubuntu 8.04 ExecutablePath: /usr/bin/gconf-editor NonfreeKernelModules: nvidia Package: gconf-editor 2.22.0-0ubuntu2 PackageArchitecture: i386 ProcEnviron: SHELL=/bin/bash PATH=/usr/local/sbin:/usr/local/bin:/usr/sbin:/usr/bin:/sbin:/bin:/usr/games LANG=en_US.UTF-8 SourcePackage: gconf-editor Uname: Linux 2.6.24-21-generic i686 ** Affects: gconf-editor (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Tags: apport-bug -- incorrect keybinding displayed: /apps/metacity/window_keybindings/activate_window_menu https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/290492 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Desktop Bugs, which is subscribed to gconf-editor in ubuntu. -- desktop-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/desktop-bugs
