Nautilus doesn't support autorunning EXEs/INF files currently, and
should not be offering to autorun (last I checked it didn't in Intrepid,
but it's been a while). If you're running Hardy, you might still be
seeing this erroneous behavior, though IIRC we committed a fix for it on
the Nautlus 2.22 branch. Can you tell us the Nautilus version? (nautilus
--version at the commandline).
