When copying large files using nautilus (around the 1gb mark plus) other
applications stop responding. I've encountered this in pretty much all
apps which I'm trying to use simultaneously. They don't crash out and
will continue to work fine once copying is finished.
I would have expected that it should be fine to copy files and use
applications at the same time as my hardware is fairly good.
