I can confirm having had this bug very recently. This is only an issue with Tomboy 0.12.0-0ubuntu1 where closing the "search all notes" window closes the entire program instead of keeping the applet in the notification area alive for quick access. This is not reproduceable starting Tomboy from the command line.
To double-check this, open tomboy from the command line, you will see that the search window does not pop up on its own. Start Tomboy from Applications > Accessories > Tomboy Notes and you will see that the search window comes up. Should you close this window Tomboy will close (even in the panel). Now that I try to reproduce it, I can't... was there an update in another package which might have fixed this? -- Clossing search window shutdown aplication https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/281861 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Desktop Bugs, which is a bug assignee. -- desktop-bugs mailing list desktop-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/desktop-bugs
