Okay, I recently updated my Gibbon and since then my acpi does´t work correctly.
I found several bug reports on the gnome-power-manegment, but none help me.
The problem is, that linux does not recognize when in battery mode and when in 
ac mode.
And if in batterymode it only recognizes one of the tow batterys and shuts down 
when this one runs low.
But my biggest concern is the ac / battery state problem....
I plug in the ac an it says that it is still on battery mode
under /proc/acpi/battery/BAT*/state or info it says battery present even though 
the battery lies next to the mouse.

strange thing is, I recently updated my gibbon because I installed it 10 days 
befor the release.
Everything worked fine.
It installed new Kernel-headers an since then the acpi does´nt seem to work
