The "leave message" magic on the unlock screen dialog does not work
anymore. The messages I leave are never shown after login.
I have restarted GDM with CTRL+ALT+Backspace one time and resumed from
hibernation once. Maybe this has something to do with it. I will verify
if the mechanism works after a reboot.
What is the daemon called which handles displaying the messages. I would
like to check if the process is running.
