This bug in Gutsy, however I had same problem in Feisty also.
This is the bug related to display sleep inactivity time, under UPS
power.
Default value is 23Mins.
its possible to change the value, however if you relaunch the power-
management tool same default value(23 Mins) is shown instead newly set
value.
