Description:
If a user make proxy settings in System->Preferences->Network Proxy (German
Translation) the settings doesn't work apt-get.
If you make proxy preferences, apt-get tell you that there a NO updates. This
is securtiy issue I think..
This should be correct, I think writing a warning that it is not system wide
would be enough.
