Public bug reported: Binary package hint: gthumb
I've seen that in the latest release of Ubuntu, Intrepid Ibex, not the latest gthumb version (from the GNOME trunk) is included but only 2.10.10. The latest version from the trunk contains some new functionality, especially the importing of photos based upon its creation time. This allows photos to be imported into separate sub-folders if they are taken on a different day or month. I've tried to build the latest version by hand to test it, but I get into a 'libtool' mess. ** Affects: gthumb (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- gthumb does not contain latest modifications https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/298658 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Desktop Bugs, which is subscribed to gthumb in ubuntu. -- desktop-bugs mailing list desktop-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/desktop-bugs
