This problem is occuring in ubuntu 8.10
Select theme archive window of the Login Window Preference is having
small window size by default.
When I am trying to add new themes to the Login Window,
the select theme archive window which is opened is very small. I have to resize
it before selecting any theme.
Login window preference is present in System->Administration
