Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: gnome-control-center
On Ubuntu 7.10:
When changing login passwd using gnome-about-me
(System->Preferences->About me), the system does not change the passwd
for default keyring. As a result, if you are, e.g., using keyring to
store passwords for wireless network, at next login you'll have "unlock
keyring" dialog. There are dozens of threads on ubuntuforums asking how
one can get rid of this annoyance.
Suggestion: in passwd change dialog, add a check mark "also change
default keyring passwd", enabled by default, and possibly a help link
"What does this mean?"
** Affects: gnome-keyring (Ubuntu)
Importance: Undecided
Status: Confirmed
