Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: totem

im not realy sure what to post here. Im just getting audio and no video
and when i try to open it with totem.

it says "The required software to play this file is not installed. You need to
install suitable codecs to play media files. Do you want to search for a codec
that supports the selected file?
The search will also include software which is not officially supported."

but after i click search it comes up with this
"There is no matching application available."

what do i do?
