Public bug reported: Normally, in the GNOME taskbar on Ubuntu Intrepid, you can reorder the taskbar buttons by dragging them around the taskbar. However, this doesn't work with grouped windows (such as the 4 spatial Nautilus windows I'm currently using). It should be possible to drag the whole group to another place in the taskbar.
For example, this is my panel at the moment: http://img3.imagebanana.com/img/057bv5kn/BildschirmfotoOberesKantenPanelausge.png (that's the German localisation, in case you wonder) I wanted to have Irssi and Firefox at the beginning of the list, so I tried to drag the "Dateimanager" button (i.e. Nautilus), but the only thing that happened was opening the menu to choose from one of the Nautilus windows. ** Affects: gnome-panel (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- taskbar groups can't be reordered https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/304869 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Desktop Bugs, which is subscribed to gnome-panel in ubuntu. -- desktop-bugs mailing list desktop-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/desktop-bugs
