Steps to reproduce :
1) Open the GNOME mixer applet
2) Recording tab
3) Unmute recording or recording 1 or recording 2
4) Close GNOME mixer applet
5) Open the GNOME mixer applet
6) Recording tab
Expected results :
The microphone track is not shown muted
Actual results :
The microphone track is shown muted
This has been reproduced on at least two Intrepid computers.
