I don't know why you are lacking information. I can open the pdf file
properly in Windows while it become a total mass in Ubuntu, and it is a
problem by itself. When I try to use pdffonts to find out what are the
problem-making fonts, and it answers correctly, though the answer is
given in GB18030 coding. I have said those fonts all are end with
GB2312.
May I give a suggestion? Sure poppler-data successes to make many pdf-
files readable, however, the fonts in the files are all the same then.
I think the poppler is trying to replace the original fonts with a
certain font in .ttf format, so Is there a way that can make the pdf-
read program to find the .ttf font file to replace the original ones in
pdf automatically?
