Has any progress been made with this bug? According to upstream, it doesn't look like it. This is especially annoying for me, as I have Evolution open at startup w/ Alltray, and I use Mail Notification with it. I usually get the same notifications at startup several times, and when I open Evolution itself, much of my new mail has mysteriously been unmarked as read.
