I have a laptop with two pointing devices: touchpad and mouse.
1) beginning to create a rectangular selection on desktop with mouse
2) hold down the mouse button, and click with touchpad.
the selection not disappears, but remains on the desktop
trying to refresh, or change wallpaper or theme, the selection is always
visible, and the desktop is unusable
if I create this selection on the Nautilus window, it crash
I solved killing Nautilus (killall nautilus)
