This is not a dupe of the firefox window decoration bug, as this has
been reported to apply to all windows. In any case, the reporter said
the problem went away after resetting compiz settings, so I'm closing
this bug. Please feel free to reopen if you continue to experience the
problem.

minimise,maximise,close has dissapeared from every application and file also
the top bar is opaque and the application or file can not be moved
gconf-editor, navigate to /apps/metacity/general/button_layout the value should
looks like: "menu:minimize,maximize,close" without quote.
