Binary package hint: rhythmbox
When you play a podcast without having previously downloaded the file,
the "seek bar" doesn't move, even when clicked with the mouse. I'm using
the default package in Ubuntu 8.10.
Steps to reproduce:
1- Subscribe to a podcast
2- Double click an element to play it
3- Notice that the seek bar doesn't move
