Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: evolution

I set the default character encoding to Chinese in both "Mail
preferences" and "composer preferences. The message subject sent by
evolution is still encoded by UTF-8. It cases problems to show the
message subject correctly in receiver's computer, typically in MS
Windows environment, while the contents of the message is without any
problems.

I hope my poor english report this problem clearly enough for your
understanding. Thank you for your consideration.
