Binary package hint: gnome-control-center
I am trying to use the gnome-sound-properties applet in Jaunty Alpha 2.
It is not in the preferences menu and returns "The program 'gnome-sound-
properties' is currently not installed. You can install it by typing:
sudo apt-get install gnome-control-center" when entered in terminal.
gnome-control-center is installed and re-installation does not resolve
the issue.
This was a clean install created from a fresh 8.10 installation using
the "update-manager -d" command.
