>From the build log, I can see libasound2-dev wasn't installed. It should
have been added to the build-depends as it is in
rules:gst_extra_build_depends in debian/rules, but it wasn't.

I'm closing this report for now, as the package built fine in Ubuntu. If
you can find anything wrong in the package, let me know.
